Joe Taraboletti - CMO
Joe has been playing lacrosse all his life, and is currently a team captain of the Denver Men's Lacrosse Team. Growing up in Florida, his travels to compete in cold weather locations revealed his passion for enhancing the quality of equipment. Joe has been coaching youth lacrosse for the past 8 years, which has provided him greater insight into the target market and problem at hand. As a psychology major, with a focus in sport psychology, Joe understands the connection between the mental and physical, making the confidence created by Alltitude Lacrosse gloves a focal point in his pursuit.

Tim Kirchner - CEO
Tim was born and raised in Long Island, New York, where he experienced his fair share of cold weather throughout his youth lacrosse career. Tim earned All-Long Island honors in high school. Now at the University of Denver, Tim's education and understanding of this problem brought the notion of Arctic Grip to fruition. At Denver, Tim has broken his finger as s result of poor protection and cold weather, inspiring him to develop the idea of Alltitude Lacrosse.

Ryan Brown - COO
Growing up in a lacrosse family in Buffalo, NY, Ryan has been exposed to the sport his entire life. Ryan has experience both in the business and sports worlds, primarily in the sport of rowing. Ryan worked as the Director of Operations for an organization in Buffalo NY as well as working for USRowing and the US U19 National Team. Being from Buffalo, Ryan understands the impact of harsh weather conditions in sports. This has led him to being involved in ALLtitude Lax and believing in the impact it can have on the game.
